varona.data

Data module for Varona.

This module just has a .fai added from the 1000 genomes project. It aids in the creation of fake VCF files for testing.

varona.data.human_g1k_v37.fasta.fai, downloaded from 1000 genomes FTP.
varona.data.human_grch38.fasta.fai, downloaded from NCBI. The Download button downloads a .zip file that contains a file named GRCh38_genome.fa.fai, and this is the file that is included in the package.
